Amplified Sites provides professional website design, development, and related services as outlined on our website or in individual project proposals.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due before the website is launched.
Estimated timelines are provided for each project, but are not guaranteed due to the amount of different projects being worked on.
Clients agree to provide necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner.
Each project includes a set number of revisions agreed upon in the proposal.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website.
Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplified Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the use of our services or website. Amplified Sites' total liability for any claim relating to a project or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project or service.
