Terms of Service

Amplified Sites provides professional website design, development, and related services as outlined on our website or in individual project proposals.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due before the website is launched.

Estimated timelines are provided for each project but are not guaranteed due to workload and revisions.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, text, videos, and other materials provided for use on their website comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Each project website package includes a set number of revisions agreed upon in the proposal.

Upon full payment, the client will own the completed website.

Any third-party services used with the website, such as hosting, domain registration, databases, and payment processing services, are subject to the terms and ownership policies of their respective providers.

Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplified Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers initial planning, design, and development work.

Clients will have the opportunity to review the completed website before making the final payment. Any revisions included within the agreed project scope must be requested before final approval.

Final payment confirms acceptance of the completed website. Due to the custom nature of website design and development services, all payments are non-refundable once the website has been approved and final payment has been made.

If we are unable to complete the project for reasons within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
